Youth & Amateur Field Hockey

Indoor

Indoor field hockey is a fast-paced variant of the traditional game, played on a smaller, hard-surface court. With fewer players on each team and a faster game tempo, it emphasizes quick passing, precision, and agility. The confined space requires players to develop strong stick skills and quick decision-making abilities.

Outdoor

Outdoor field hockey is played on a larger, grass or turf field with teams of 11 players each. It focuses on strategic positioning, teamwork, and endurance, as players work together to move the ball down the field and score goals. The outdoor version of the game emphasizes longer passing, field coverage, and tactical play, providing a comprehensive field hockey experience.
